Spoonin'

Mom gave me this great tasting new toy today. But she keeps wanting it back. I gotta find a good hiding place for it. I still prefer to use my hands as you can see.

Bilibo!

Aunt Linille got me this cool toy. It is a Bilibo and it can do almost anything, well I can do almost anything with it! Unfortunately it makes me bonk my head a lot. Where is my helmet?

Don't Leave Me

Dad is leaving for Denver tomorrow and I think that I can sneak into his luggage with room for almost enough food!

After he caught me trying to sneak into his luggage, we took a family photo in case I forget what he looks like.

Flossin'

I learned a great new trick this week. I learned how to floss. At least that is what Momom thinks. I really just like the minty flavor and putting things in my mouth.

Calder and Sophia's Birthday Party

My in-laws hosted a birthday party for me and my girlfriend Sophia at their house in Madison. It was a great time, except I don't know why everyone was yelling at me at the same time. I got all kinds of great stuff and a turtle cake.

Coerper's

We went to this local steak house in Milwaukee with Tony, Molly, Meme and Grampo. That is the best steak I have ever had in my whole life (OK so a year isn't that long, whatever). Everyone there fell in love with me and I got to eat pickles and sourdough bread. Man I can't wait to get some more of that steak!

Meme and Grampo Visit

Meme and Grampo came to visit so that Momom and Dadad could get some work done around the house in preparation for the move to Denver. We had a great time! Meme read to me and Grampo built towers of toys for me to knock over. We also played with Blue Car and Noisy Car a lot!

Molly's Birthday

For Molly's birthday we went to Crawdaddy's for some real Nawlin's grub. Sophia came into town and brought her parent's to the party.

Fun with Momom

There aren't many pictures of my with my mother because she is always the photographer. But this is how I spend most of my time with her, laughing, giggling and having a great time. My momom is the best!

We went to Nate's house to watch the NCAA tournament and I got to hang out with Tony and Molly. They are great fun and we do all kinds of bad things!

Christmas 2006 - Pimp My Ride!

We celebrated Christmas twice this year, once in Minneapolis with Grandma and Grandpa Hinrichs, Julia and my new cousin Henrik and once in Ohio with Cousin Tal, Meme and Grampo. As you can see, I got me some new wheels with 18" dubs and chrome spinners. I also got to spend time with all my grandparents, cousins, aunts and uncles which was great!

Sushi Servers

To top off our busy day of going to Chicago and seeing Santa, we went to get some sushi for dinner. All those pretty little ladies were totally digging me! Oh yeah. Check me out. I'm a ladies man, yes I am!

Lying Santa

This guy tells great stories. He told me something about flying reindeer and some such thing. Who ever heard of reindeer?

We Caught Him!

We did it! We caught the elusive Santa at Macy's in Chicago. It took two of us but once we had him we weren't going to let go. He isn't as big as we thought he would be but feisty all the same. Even though it took two of us to take him down, we each had a chance to hang out with him.

Meme and Grampo came up to celebrate Thanksgiving with us in Milwuakee. I like this holiday, it has all you can eat mashed potatoes.

Two Teeth

I guess I got my Christmas present early this year. I now have two teeth and they are fantastic. It was a little painful getting them but they are worth it. I can chew on mom's hand and make her squeal. I never knew teeth would be so great.

Julia's Birthday

I visited my cousin Julia to help her celebrate her Birthday on November 10th. (that date sounds familiar, hmmm, oh yeah, that's because it is cousin Talan's birthday too) We had a great time partying together. I can't wait to have one of these Birthday things, they are a blast.

Mr. Nastymind

My Aunt Linille gave me some cool new onesies. Check this one out. I think she is trying to get back at my dad for the onesies he made for my cousin Talan. Either way it is pretty funny.

Kitchen Sink Bath

What are you looking at?! This crazy lady keeps trying to get pictures of me naked. Take your paparrazi tendencies and get out of here. Can't a guy take a bath in peace?

Apples and Prunes

I am a big boy now, and bigger by the day. I saw Sophia eating bananas and convinced my mother that I am ready for real food too. Baby can't live on booby juice alone!

We tried peas, not a big fan. Then we tried apples and prunes and those aren't half bad. The more I eat, the more I like them. What other yummy stuff is out there?

35th Annual Clambake

Finally, my first clambake. We travelled to Cleveland with my girlfriend Sophia, Mike, Thu, Tony and Molly to party like movie stars with Meme, Grandpo, Cousin Talan, Aunt Linille, Uncle Todd and a host of other regulars. The picture shows me with Meme and Talan with Grampo.

I think Dad had a bit too much of the clear stuff because he took a nap right after breakfast and didn't have much to say on the ride home. So we obviously had a great time!

Fishing at Clear Lake

Dad and I went fishing when we weren't out on the boat or playing Uno. Xavier won the fishing tournament and caught a fish that Nate, his dad, prepared for his dinner. As it may be apparent from the picture, we weren't the most successful fishing duo and as a result ate mexican for dinner.

Clear Lake, Iowa

Clear Lake? Here is the secret, it isn't really clear. We went to Tawnya's family lake house over labor day weekend and had a great time. They gave me a vest that matched my hat and let me be captain for a while. All in all, a pretty slimming outfit, don't you think?

Solids?

Nope. Not yet, but man I cannot wait until I get to eat potato chips like Dad and Grampo. For now the shiny, colorful and noisy bag will have to suffice.

Nickel's Housewarming Party

We visited Sophia and her parents this weekend for a housewarming party. Tony, Molly, Tawnya and her kids and friends (Ambrose, Xavier, Lauren, Ava, Manuel), David, Amy and two of their boys (Geoff and Kevin), Ray, Molly and their two boys (Jonas and Jackson) were all there. It was a big party.

I thought Sophia was a bit small before but now I am sure of it and I know why. Feed her for crying out loud, would ya!

Look ma, no hands!

We went to the doctor on Monday for my four month check-up and I now weigh 17 lbs 1 oz. I was shooting for three times my weight but didn't get my last meal in before we went. I will have to try harder next time.

The doctor says that I am not using my hands and arms enough so now mom makes me sit like this where I look like a gorilla. It's hard work holding up this much beef with these small arms, you try it!

A Hot Day at the Beach

We went to the beach a couple of weeks ago and it was really hot and fun because we took the stroller off-roading for the first time! After the beach we went back to the Klein's for a cookout and cooling off in their olympic sized swimming pool. Fun was had by all!

Sleeping Post

I had a really hard day today with Dad. So we decided to take a little break on the couch and get some serious together time. Unfortunately I don't remember a whole lot about it.
